Sign Contract of a 163 Acres of new Industry Park

In the morning of August 19, 2020, the "Investment Agreement between the People's Government of Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City and Guangdong Dious Furniture Industry Co., Ltd." was officially signed. Mr. Liang Rongjia - Deputy Secretary of Xiaolan Town Party Committee, Ms. Zheng Yanting - Deputy Secretary of Xiaolan Town Party Committee, Mr. He Shaoyuan - Director of Xiaolan Town Government Development and Reform Bureau, Mr. Huang Shoujin - Chairman of DIOUS Furniture Group and Mr. Li Jiangen - Vice President of DIOUS Furniture Group, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, the Xiaolan Town Government will be committed to coordinating and meet the industrial land required for the establishment of the Zhongshan Industrial Park of Diou Group, and strive to promote the development of comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two parties. The government will also provide more support for promoting industry transformation, creating advantageous industries, and establishing benchmark industry demonstration bases.
The Diou Group Zhongshan Industrial Park project is located in the North Logistics Park of Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan City, covering an area of about 163.6 mu with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The project will focus on building a commercial furniture ecological chain of “office + hotel + medical maintenance” of DIOUS Group, helping DIOUS Group to occupy the leading position in the big health, smart home and smart manufacturing industries.
